Group Support
Group support takes many forms. We have over 50 permanent employees based in our Head Offices in Ashford, Kent, to look after your needs which include accounting and finance, payroll, admin, HR, Credit Control and Marketing and PR.
Monthly board/management meetings are held, usually at your location, to consider past and future performance and other relevant matters.
Budgets are set annually at the end of November/early December for the following year and assistance is provided in producing these particularly in respect of costs.
HR GO's management style is to be available to assist with problems on an on-going basis, but not to be involved on a daily basis unless required to do so. Members of the HR GO Management team are available to advise, assist and support the new venture as it becomes established and develops.
Private medical insurance and pension arrangements are available once the business has become established.
