It’s fair to say that the 2019/20 academic year didn’t turn out anything like we expected it to.

Firstly, everyone at HR GO Recruitment Education (formerly Teachright) would like to thank all the schools, teachers and support staff who put in an extraordinary effect to continue providing pupils with valuable education time despite the testing circumstances. Your incredible work is massively appreciated by all.

As we look ahead to a new academic year, we would like to know that we are here to help.

Things are not going to look the same for a while, but we will do all we can to help the new normal work for you.

Does your school require staff?

If your school requires staff in the weeks and months, take a look at how we can help or get in touch with our North West, East Anglia or South East branch for personalised assistance. 

We have teachers, support staff, nursery staff and SEN specialists available on either a daily supply or permanent basis. We can organise video interviews through Skype or Zoom (or any other video calling platform you would like to use)!

We understand the importance of safeguarding and vetting within education, which is why our standards are very high. Our structured and detailed registration process - tied in with our excellent customer service, communication and expert knowledge - create a robust approach to safeguarding and vetting. The safety of staff and pupils is paramount, and we will always put that first.

Furthermore, when we joined with HR GO, this allowed us to help find any extra non-education staff such as cleaners or maintenance staff you required to help meet COVID secure guidelines.
