HRGO Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our well-established clients based in East Sussex. Our clients specialise in providing tailored cleaning strategies that reduce plastic use, optimise processes, and minimise environmental impact.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting department managers with general administration tasks.

General Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchasing contracts, invoices, and correspondence
  • Input data into relevant software systems and databases
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders
  • Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to records and documents
  • Assist in transferring data between systems ensuring integrity during the migration process.
  • Assist with general administration tasks across departments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
