Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the collection of customer orders with freight agents and providing information to customers organising their own freight collection, maintaining accurate records and liaising with providers as required. Administration support provided to various functional areas to deliver the best possible customer service experience.

As the Administrator, you will...

• Manage customer order collections with freight agents via web portals, ensuring adherence to shipping agreements.
• Provide customers with necessary information to arrange their own freight.
• Prepare accurate shipping documentation, including terms and dates.
• Track collections and deliveries, addressing delays in coordination with the CS Team Leader.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and update freight portals as needed, assisting with queries from agents and customers.

Person Specification

• Must be able to fully commit to 3 month contract
• Must have previous Administrator experience
• Ideally previous experience working in Logistics, but not essential
• Excellent communication skills across email, telephone and video conference
