Role, Responsibilities, & Duties: As an AI Technology Sales Manager with a focus on Generative AI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our advanced AI solutions. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and demonstrating how our Generative AI products can enhance their business operations. Your ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner will be key to your success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, industry events, and inbound inquiries.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning our Generative AI solutions to meet their needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, highlighting the capabilities and benefits of our Generative AI technologies.
  • Solution Customization: Collaborate with the technical team to tailor AI solutions to meet specific client requirements, ensuring a perfect fit for their business.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets, with a focus on long-term customer relationships.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in Generative AI to effectively position our offerings.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and aligns with company policies.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to influence future product enhancements.
  • Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, providing regular reports on sales performance and market insights.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology sales, with a proven track record in selling AI or related technologies being a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly Generative AI, and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
