Location: Margate, Kent
Hours: 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Pay: £16.55 per hour
DBS: Enhanced DBS required or willing to complete one

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
Investigate & Solve: Tackle complaints of anti-social behaviour head-on. Whether it's enforcement or intervention, you'll take action to keep things in check.
Lead the Charge: Be the go-to person for handling complex ASB cases. You'll be the expert, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Join regular case review meetings with the Thanet Community Safety Team and work together to keep things on track.
Legal Eagle: Make sure all cases are rock solid and ready for court, producing neatly organised, accurate evidential bundles. 💼⚖️
Supportive Sidekick: Work closely with Housing Officers and Response Officers, providing advice and being a key player in developing Neighbourhood Action Plans.
Be the Safety Net: Ensure that vulnerable people are protected and have access to the right support. You'll be their superhero. 🦸♂️🦸♀️
What You Bring to the Table:
Know Your Stuff: A good understanding of housing and tenancy law, social housing, and best practices for managing ASB.
Super Communication Skills: You're a pro at speaking clearly, writing effectively, and making sure everyone's on the same page.
Time Management Wizard: You know how to juggle priorities without breaking a sweat.
Problem-Solving Ninja: You can think on your feet, resolve issues, and prevent them from cropping up again.
Team Player with Independence: You can work independently but love collaborating with a fantastic team.
Tech Savvy: You're comfortable using IT to write reports, communicate, and get the job done.
