Assistant Business Manager

Salary £26 - £28 per hour (DOE)

Hours Monday to Friday (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Business Manager to join a global company in the field of Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, and Design. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in liaising between the Design Office, the Site Manager, and the Business Manager, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across various project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a key liaison between the Design Office, Site Manager, and Business Manager

- Participate in drawing up quotations for projects

- Prepare and submit purchase requisitions for necessary equipment

- Take charge of commercial and financial monitoring of assigned projects

- Manage project teams effectively to ensure timely and quality project delivery

- Utilise technical training to contribute to project success

- Basic knowledge of the French language is preferred

- Must possess a valid passport for potential travel requirements

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field

- Proven experience in a similar role within the Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or Design industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

- Proficiency in project management tools and software

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
