BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE.
As a progressive and innovative company and one that prides itself on its knowledge within the Communications sector who are a connectivity supplier, providing phone systems to businesses our client is looking for a Business Development Executive to join the team in Kings Hill in providing outstanding services to their clients.
About the role:
To be able to save small to medium sized businesses money on communications across the UK.
Our client's aim is to provide leading connectivity and cloud communication products through generating new business via inbound leads and closing business deals. The role is primarily new business focused and requires a strong sales mentality this also includes managing accounts and up-selling and cross selling through the entire cased of customers.
A successful candidate:
* Strong sales experience with a proven track record in winning new business and closing new deals.
* Genuine passion for sales and customer satisfaction
* Hunger and drive - Career and financial wise.
* High level initiatives.
* Strategic sales approach.
* Strong desire to progress and grow in your career.
* Consultative Sales skills - The ability to soft sell and hard close as well as knowing when to use each.
Day-to-Day responsibilities.
* Ensure clients receive 5* experiences by collaborating with other teams.
* Writing sales reports and delivering to senior management team daily.
* Consultative sales skills.
* Achieve daily sales targets.
* Coach, Train the team to help level up their skills.
* Manage the team sales/diaries and pipelines.
