Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines to produce parts from wood and plastic materials with precision and accuracy.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to meet production requirements.
Set up and adjust CNC machines, including loading materials and selecting the appropriate tools.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency in production.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain a smooth workflow.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operating CNC machines, especially with wood and plastic materials.
Proficiency in using PC-to-CNC software for machine programming.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
