HRGO Recruitment are looking for a skilled and detail orientated Construction Estimator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will need to have a strong background in general building works and heritage properties.

General duties:
Analyse project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.
Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for projects
Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Stay up to date with industry trends, construction materials, and best practices, especially related to heritage and traditional builds.
Provide clear reports and documentation to senior management and project teams.
Role Requirements:
Proven experience as a Construction Estimator
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques used in historical preservation.
Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities
Ability to interpret architectural and construction drawings. Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office Suite
Must have UK Drivers Licence
