Are you an experienced Cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen? We're seeking a reliable Cook for a permanent position, ideal for someone who can work flexible hours and enjoys the dynamic nature of kitchen life. You will work 11-hour shifts that vary between AM and PM on a 3 on, 3 off shift pattern.

As the Cook, you will…

  • Prepare straightforward, hearty dishes to the best standard possible within a tight schedule
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation protocols in a busy kitchen environment
  • Work alongside the team to ensure a steady and efficient flow of service
  • Take part in kitchen cleaning and upkeep to maintain a functional workspace

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of kitchen experience
  • Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays
  • A strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
