Job Title: Cook

Hourly Rate: £12.09

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift Times: 8 hour shifts, earliest start is 7am, latest finish is 8pm

HRGO are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook on behalf of our client for a 2-month contract - with the opportunity of being extended. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for patients, staff, and visitors in a compassionate and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals following specified recipes and dietary requirements
• Ensure meals are served on time and meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Monitor food supplies and place orders as needed
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous cooking experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible with working hours and shifts
