HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator based in Ashford.
This is a temporary role for approx. 6 months.
Hours
Mon - Fri, 37hrs.
Pay
£29200
Summary of the role
- To assist in the delivery of a customer focused service by influencing efficient and positive outcomes and ensuring the customer receives a high level of customer service.
- To resolve as high a percentage as possible of general enquiries directly using various systems and knowledge of products.
- To keep systems, records and databases up to date to maintain an audit of actions and enable accurate reports to be produced.
- To provide administrative support, and co-ordinate, collate and assist in the production of evidence files for the prosecution of offences relevant to legislation.
- Dealing with routine correspondence
- To Coordinate diaries for meetings, invite attendees as relevant, circulate papers and prepare agendas.
Required Experience:
- Worked in a customer facing environment, handling matters of a sensitive nature
- Good IT and keyboard skills
- Be able to keep and maintain auditable records for investigations
- Website writing or promotion of services
- Background knowledge of legislation
