Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Salary: up to £26,500 per year

Working Hours: Monday to Friday only - Alternate shifts: 8:00am to 4:30pm and 8:30am to 5:00pm

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join the team of a chemicals company with a globally leading position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing orders from placement through to delivery, providing exceptional account management, problem-solving skills, demonstrating initiative, and possessing a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage orders from placement through to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing

- Provide excellent account management by building strong relationships with customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly

- Demonstrate problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise during the order process

- Take initiative to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the customer service department

- Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and customer communications

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a customer service or order management role

- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
