HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Operative for our client based in the outskirts of Ashford.

This is a contract role for approx. 6 months.

Hours:

Mon - Fri, 0800 - 1700

Salary:

£29,203.20 (pro rata for the 6 month contract duration)

Summary of the role:

• Managing key accounts of customers through the relevant sales contacts within the business, as well as with buyers for customers.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
• Ensuring customer Queries are responded to in a timely fashion
• Improving both sides of the customer service experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience of order processing (via email and over the phone)
• Good level of PC literacy & Microsoft Packages
• Data Input
• Attention to Detail
