HRGO Recruitment is seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Fitter to join our team based in Folkestone. This exciting role in the Electrical Department involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment, including wiring, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers.
• Conduct routine inspections and tests to identify malfunctions and ensure safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to execute electrical projects effectively.
• Adhere to QHSE procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all work, including maintenance and repair logs.
• Support apprentices and junior electricians when needed.

About You:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Proven industry experience as an Electrician Fitter or similar role.
• A valid ECS Card or equivalent certification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment.
• Strong understanding of QHSE procedures and safety guidelines.
• The ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical documents.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and industry standards.
• The ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks.
