Hours: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Team Leader to join a dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical installations and maintenance, as well as proven leadership abilities. As the Electrical Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 2-3 electrical fitters, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Possibility of some overtime depending on project and rarely working nights at weekends

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in the preparation of small quotations for electrical projects

- Manage and supervise a team of 2-3 electrical fitters, providing guidance and support as needed

- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including CDM regulations

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery

- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members

Requirements:

- Proven experience in electrical installations and maintenance

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Knowledge of CDM regulations and other relevant health and safety standards

- ECS Card and 18th edition certification

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
