HRGO Recruiting for a Finance Data Administrator for their client in Ashford.

To assist in the day to day workings of the management accounts department, offering support in all areas. With a focus on data validation in readiness for the introduction of new accounting software.

Hours:

Mon - Fri, 0800 - 1700

1hr lunch break unpaid

Salary:

£30,000 - £35,000

Type of Contract:

Contract up until end of March 2025.

Job Summary:

• Gather and validate data from existing software for transfer onto a new ERP system, whilst working to deadlines.
• Offering Support and involved in the month end procedure across all functions, including:
• Sales Ledger
• Purchase Ledger
• Nominal Ledger
• Involvement within all areas, to include bank, asset, stock, stock, overheads and foreign exchange.
• Confirming and validating balance transfers and preparing files for upload to the new software

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience within all areas of a finance function
• Experience of implementing a system is advantageous
• Computer literate with a good working knowledge of excel
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
