Position: HR Advisor
Location: Chester (Head Office) Travel across sites is required
Hours: 37 Hours per week Monday - Friday
Contract: Contract 12 Months Maternity Cover
Salary: £27,344 P/A
HRGO are seeking an experienced HR Advisor. This role will be perfectly suited to an individual who is an HR professional with an appetite for continuous improvement to deliver an efficient and effective HR Service. We are particularly looking for someone with a proven HR generalist background. If this sounds like you, then please read on!

Employee Relation casework
Development on Training systems and processes
Absence management and recruitment processes
Prepare and design L&D materials
Working with HR data and reports

Employee Engagement
Skills/Experience
A relevant learning & development and/or HR qualification or equivalent experience, min CIPD level 5.
Ability to analyse and interpret data effectively
Previously used HR Information Systems
Knowledge of current employment legislation
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and influencing skills
This role offers Hybrid flexibility but will include travel across sites locally within the area 2/3 times per week.
