​​​​​​We are conducting a confidential executive search for a well-established international organization operating in the logistics and supply chain sector. The company is a key player in the European market, known for delivering innovative operational excellence.

As HR Specialist, you will serve as a strategic and hands-on HR person at a critical logistics hub in the Szczecin area employing around 100 people. You’ll work closely with site management and regional HR teams to provide business-oriented people solutions and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic advisor to local logistics leadership on HR topics, including labor law compliance, workforce planning, and employee relations
  • ​​​​​​​Support around 100 employees (including management-level staff) on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Manage employment documentation, contract administration, and personnel records using local systems.
  • Coordinate payroll input with external providers and ensure accuracy of employment data
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for critical operational and managerial roles
  • Analyze employee engagement data and HR KPIs, translating insights into actionable initiatives
  • Build and maintain a calendar of site-level employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Cooperate with third-party logistics partners and internal stakeholders on HR alignment and performance expectations
  • Collaborate with other HR Business Partners across Poland and Europe to deliver consistent, high-impact HR services
  • Take the lead on various office and people-related projects as needed

Job Requirements:
  • Previous HR experience, ideally in a large, international logistics, production, or operational environment
  • ​​​​​​​Deep understanding of Polish labor law and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills with the ability to influence across different levels of the organization
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday) and external payroll service
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to connect people data to business impact
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid model and handling complexity with confidence
