We are seeking an experienced IT support technician to support our clients existing IT services.

Duties will be to set up and close down joiners / leavers to the company (via the Active Directory). To be the point of contact for the internal team, dealing with and responding to any issues that they may have, within set time frames, providing a helpdesk support.

Other duties include installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. Monitoring and maintaining the computer network and recording any problems / outcomes of such for future reference.
