Junior Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the Sales Development Programme
  • Learn sales planning, lead generation, sales presentations, negotiation, objection handling, and closing
  • Build and boost personal brands in the sales industry
  • Develop listening skills to tailor sales approaches
  • Identify potential customer groups
  • Make calls and send emails to engage potential customers
  • Follow up with customers to turn leads from cold to warm
  • Book meetings and attend them
  • Play an active role in the team, sharing successes and failures
  • Track progress and gather market intelligence

Entry Requirements:

  • English and maths qualifications at grade C/4 or above in GCSEs or level 2 in functional skills.
  • Commitment to developing skills for a minimum of 6 hours a week and a full time contract.
  • Willingness to complete an 24-month apprenticeship (plus 3 months of EPA) starting January 2025.
  • Commit to a fixed-term contract for the apprenticeship duration
