HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Key Account Support within the Sales Team of our Client based in Ashford.

This is a full time, permanent position.

Hours:

Mon - Fri, 0800 - 1700

Pay:

£30,000 - £35,000

You will act as the central point of contact with regards to product support, contract & forecast follow-up etc. By creating reports and analyzing customer data, you gain insights for the organisation and the customer. You dare to jump when seeing opportunities and proactively monitor and improve customer satisfaction. Your commercial attitude allows you to build strong business relationships.

Summary of the role:

• You provide periodic and adhoc reports on turnover, assortment, profitability, customised reports, both for internal use as for the customer
• Maintaining retailer's product management systems
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist in the successful completion of the sales processes and to ensure accurate execution (marketing, data management, supply chain, demand planning)

The Ideal Candidate:

• You have a master's degree or relevent experience
• 5 year experience in a large, fast-moving company in a customer service, inside sales or sales support role 
• Customer contact & delivering service are at the top of your dictionary. A commercial, client focused mindset is a must-have. 
• You work easily with new IT systems (preferably SAP) and have an advanced level of excel knowledge. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
