Job Title: Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) Location: Wroclaw, Poland (Hybrid) Department: IT Security Reports to: Head of Group Cybersecurity / CISO
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our Global Cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and SAP IAM solutions such as SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance. This role is crucial in ensuring the security and integrity of identity and access management processes across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and management of IAM solutions in alignment with organizational objectives and security policies.
Develop a strategic roadmap for IAM initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and company policies.
Oversee the deployment and integration of IAM solutions with enterprise systems, including HR, ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms.
Manage the full user access lifecycle, including onboarding, role-based access control (RBAC), privileged access management (PAM), and offboarding.
Implement automated workflows for identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews.
Administer IAM solutions (e.g., Entra ID), including user provisioning, access auditing, and policy enforcement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate IAM-related risks.
Proactively monitor IAM systems for anomalies and potential security threats, coordinating with SOC teams for incident response when necessary.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in IAM and cybersecurity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IAM role.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and other IAM & PAM solutions.
Experience with SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CIAM, or similar) are a plus.
