Position: Machine Minder

Location: Deeside

Hours: Sunday to Thursday 22:00 - 6:00

Salary: NEG DOE

HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting a Machine Minder for our client based in Deeside. This is permanent nights, the company offer great benefits and ongoing training opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Work in accordance with our Health and Safety policy at all times.
• Ensure production lines are set up and tested ready for production shifts.
• Ensure all depositors are built up correctly for use on the production lines and is a serviceable condition.
• Ensure all the production lines operate & function efficiently.
• Keep tool sets in clean working order.
• Checks on all Ink Jet coders are started up correctly, ink and solvent levels are kept topped up when required
• First response in diagnosing problems with machinery and equipment in a safe manner.
• Liaise with shift engineers to aid a rapid response to breakdowns.
• Maintain a high standard of all machinery and equipment.
• Look to make continuous improvements to line efficiency and reliability.
• The role is not exclusive to machine minding. Other duties can be requested of you in the area.
• Carry out PPM's
• Keep your work area tidy.
