🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate production/packaging machinery
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting
Assist with machinery repairs and breakdowns
Support the production team to meet daily targets
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Provide technical support and help train others when required
✅ Requirements:
Experience with production machinery (e.g. hotmelt systems, labellers, vision/camera equipment)
Mechanical skills and a hands-on approach
Good problem-solving abilities
Basic computer skills
Flexible, reliable, and able to work well both independently and in a team
