Full Time, Permanent Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00 Salary: £34K - £40K dependant on experience
We are looking for a skilled and driven Marketing Assistant to support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role involves content creation, website management, social media coordination and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, strong analytical skills and a good understanding of digital marketing tools and design principles.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, email and social media channels.
Create and edit marketing content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
Manage and update website content, ensuring an optimal user experience.
Support social media activities by creating and scheduling content.
Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing projects.
Requirements
3 years' experience in a marketing or digital content role.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Good knowledge of UI/UX principles and website management.
Experience in Hootsuite or Meta Business Suite.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and Google Analytics
