Medical Equipment Service Manager
This position is based at our client's office in Bishop's Stortford, requiring applicants to commute daily to the client's site. Conveniently located near the M11/Stansted Airport junction, the site offers easy access and free car parking.
We are seeking a seasoned Medical Equipment Service Manager to oversee the Service Department, encompassing service contracts, breakdowns, and repairs for all customers across the Company's range of products and services. The Medical Equipment Service Manager will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing strategies to foster business growth within the Service Division.
Key responsibilities include providing guidance and leadership to the Service Team, driving growth through exceptional service delivery, achieving monthly revenue targets, meeting new business objectives and key performance indicators, and ensuring efficient coverage for breakdowns and service contracts. Collaboration with the Regulatory Department to uphold regulatory requirements is also essential.
The ideal candidate is an experienced medical devices engineer with robust management and leadership capabilities. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, business development, and strategic thinking is crucial, along with a keen aptitude for identifying new business opportunities. Excellent IT and technical skills are a must, and experience in ophthalmology would be advantageous.
This role is situated at our clients Bishops Stortford office, involving occasional travel across the UK.
