Order Management Team Lead
What you will do
- Lead and develop the order management team and assure its effective performance
- Ensure a smooth transition of order management responsibilities to the new team
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement Supply Chain strategic objectives
- Ensure operational excellence – perfect order fulfillment, reliable production deliveries
- Offer solutions in case of deviations from the supply or logistic plan
- Liaise between team members and managers in daily operations
- Provide support in developing and implementing new business processes and work on projects supporting future supply activities
- Develop excellent working relationships and networks with sales, logistics and other supply teams
- Working with an international customer base
Who you are
- You hold a Master's degree in a relevant field of studies and you have experience in leading a team
- You have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of supply chain processes, customer business, product, and service offerings and a minimum of three years of working experience
- You have good knowledge of IT tools (e.g., Salesforce, COL, SAP, OBI)
- You communicate and cooperate effectively with internal stakeholders
- You like to work in international teams
- You are fluent in the English language
- You have a customer and solution-oriented mindset
- You are a strong team player who can take initiative and make decisions
- You show passion for renewal and changes
