Job Title: Part-Time Administrator
Job Type: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Salary: £12 ph
Location: Thorne, Doncaster
We are seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join our clients` team and provide valuable support at our clients` office. You will be the first point of contact for both visitors and incoming calls in a professional manner but also be looking after general admin duties using Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and handling enquiries politely and efficiently
- Welcoming and directing office visitors and ensuring a professional reception area
- Utilising Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs for various administrative tasks
- Managing and organising data accurately
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with Sage would be an advantage
