Experienced PA required to join our long established client based in the Dartford area. Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:-

• Supporting the MD in their daily activities, to include organising and managing the diary and workload.
• To review and manage the MD's emails as necessary.
• The preparation of the MD's monthly expenses and mileage claims.
• To book both UK and International travel / hotels for the MD, management and the Sales teams.
• To assist overseas visitors with travel and hotel arrangements
• To arrange UK inductions for any new starters
• To organise training for UK Staff

Other duties will include providing support to the UK Management team as necessary, giving effective secretarial and administration support across the wider group (ie other Directors / Managers as necessary).

Candidates interested in this role will need to have a minimum of 3 years previous PA experience, together with a strong understanding of MS systems and processes.

You will need to possess strong organisational / decision making skills and have the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances as needed.
