Pay Rate:

• Under 21s: £11.25 per hour
• 21 & Over: £12.45 per hour

Shift: Night shift, 10pm-6am - Sunday - Thursday

HRGO Recruitment are seeking an organised Picker Packer to join our team on the night shift at our factory. As a Picker Packer, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Your primary duties will include selecting products from shelves, packing them securely, labelling packages, and preparing them for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick and pack orders according to provided guidelines
• Ensure accuracy in selecting the correct products and quantities
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• Meet productivity targets and deadlines
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or factory setting preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items
• Flexibility to work night shifts
