About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Process Improvement Manager to lead and optimize our Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across the O2C cycle while ensuring alignment with the company’s global objectives. The successful candidate will spearhead initiatives to streamline, harmonize, and digitalize processes, leveraging the expertise of our Centre of Excellence in Gdansk, which manages the entire order intake, processing, certification, demand planning, shipment, and invoicing for business partner in Europe and Asia. This role requires close collaboration with our offices in other EU countries, to ensure cohesive and effective processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Map current O2C workflows, identify inefficiencies, and redesign for efficiency, standardization, and digitalization.  
  • Centre of Excellence Collaboration: Utilize the Gdansk Centre of Excellence to enhance and sustain O2C processes for Europe and Asia.  
  • Cross-Regional Engagement: Align and collaborate across other regions, and global operations to ensure cohesive O2C execution.  
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs to track O2C performance and present data-driven insights to management.  
  • Technology and Automation: Drive process automation and optimize ERP systems like SAP for seamless integration.  
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure regulatory and policy compliance while identifying and mitigating operational risks.  
  • Training and Change Management: Deliver training and lead change initiatives to standardize and embed new processes globally.  

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, O2C operations, or similar roles in a global organization.
  • Proven track record in process optimization, digital transformation, and change management.
  • Strong understanding of O2C processes, including order management, invoicing, and logistics.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and process automation technologies.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse geographies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to drive collaboration between teams.
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
