HRGO are seeking a Production Operative on behalf of our manufacturing client in Dover. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the production process, including operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and ensuring that products are manufactured to company standards.

This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Hours: Monday to Thursday from 06:30am until 4:30pm.

Job Type: Full-time/ Temporary on-going.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery and equipment in the production process.
• Monitoring production lines to ensure that products are manufactured to company standards.
• Performing quality checks on products to ensure that they meet specifications.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Assisting with the setup and maintenance of production equipment.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.
