We are looking for a
Project Manager to lead the implementation and rollout of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software for our customers for our client, a top law company blending business and legal expertise, offering innovative software and services, and the first non-lawyer-owned global legal services provider with an Alternative Business Structure (ABS) Licence for legal services in the US.
Specifically, the Project Manager will be responsible for:
- managing customer expectations, directing internal and external project teams
- ensure successful delivery of project milestones
- Project leadership
- Manage the full project lifecycle for CLM implementations, from planning and requirements gathering to deployment and hypercare support.
- Coordinate between internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Lead and facilitate project kick-off meetings, regular status meetings, and stakeholder communications.
- Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the key point of contact for customer stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and that the project is aligned with business goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with the project delivery.
- Training & User Adoption: Oversee the delivery of training and user adoption programs for key stakeholders and end-users to ensure smooth transition to the new CLM system. Ensure post-go-live support and hypercare is in place, ensuring the business fully adopts and leverages the CLM system.
- Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and executive sponsors. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, issue logs, and post-implementation reviews.
- Team Coordination & Management: Lead cross-functional teams, including functional solution architects, technical experts, and business analysts, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, proactively resolving any issues that could impact delivery.
- Prepare and implement contingency plans as necessary to minimize project disruptions.
Experience
- will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end CLM implementations
- will have a deep understanding of core business processes like Legal, Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
- will have experience working with remote and distributed teams.
- Experience managing remote project teams and facilitate effective virtual collaboration between globally distributed stakeholders.
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in leading end-to-end CLM implementations.
- Strong understanding of CLM tools and related processes such as legal S2P and O2C.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with distributed teams across different time zones.

- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
- Knowledge of CLM systems and related software integrations.
Technical Skills
- PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
- MS Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
