Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

The perfect candidate will have proven experience from a Food Production background or similar.
🔍 Role Purpose:
- Ensure materials are safe and legally compliant ✅
- Maintain bakery hygiene & GMP standards 🏭
- Ensure compliance with BRCGS & customer requirements 📜
- Support operations and achieve company KPIs 📈
- Drive continuous improvement and food safety culture 🛠️

✔ Approve suppliers, ingredients & packaging
✔ Manage supplier non-conformance's
✔ Conduct audits, GMP checks & lab testing
✔ Maintain QA records & databases
✔ Support third-party audits & compliance
📊 Strategic & Tactical Responsibilities:
✔ Drive continuous improvement
✔ Monitor and report KPIs
✔ Engage in departmental goals
