Established in 2020, an international company specializing in innovative gas solutions for the food industry. From humble beginnings in a rented space, they've expanded to a dedicated production facility, growing their team to over 150 employees in Rzeszów. Their main products include steel or aluminum cylinders filled with food-grade gases like nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide, sourced from or compliant with European Union standards. These gases are utilized in various applications, such as carbonating beverages and whipping cream


About the Role
As a Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products. You will work closely with the Production and Technical team. With your strong knowledge of quality management systems, you will address quality related feedback from relevant parties and implement proactive, corrective actions if needed.

Your key responsibilities are:
  • Creation of principles and criteria of quality control processes.
  • Internal audits conduction to ensure effective production process.
  • External audits performance on suppliers’ side. 
  • Ensure international compliance of the gas confection processes with industry standards and regulatory requirements in food and industrial safety.
  • Collaborate with Production and Technical teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Development and maintaining of quality management system in food safety requirements according to HACCP principles.
  • Knowledge in performing of root cause analysis and driving the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality.
  • Train and mentor team members on quality management system requirements.
  • Continuously improve the quality management system to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Who you are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management/Assurance, Chemistry, or a closely related discipline.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or similar industry.
  • Fluent in both English and Polish.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry specific quality standards and regulations in food safety, other quality managements system knowledge as a benefit.
  • Working with certification in ISO 19011, ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC22000, ISO 9001 standards as a plus.
