You will join the company as a Junior Recruitment Associate, working within the recruitment environment. As a Junior Recruitment Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, building, and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, and engaging in business development activities all while completing a fully funded apprenticeship. You'll be on the job learning while gaining a Level 3 Cert in Principles of Recruitment Practice and Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment.

Candidates suited to this role will be a driver as you will need to be able to go to client visits, you will also be a confident communicator, being able to speak to both clients and candidates alike.
