Role Overview:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with system integrators, OEMs, end-users, and other key partners.
- Collaborate with Technical Teams: Partner closely with our Technical Support Team to ensure our robots align with integrator needs, enabling tailored solutions for end-users.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years in sales within industrial automation or robotics, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities; fluency in Dutch and English; and a readiness to travel.
