Sales Area Manager

Our Ukrainian client, a Kyiv-based tour operator, boasts 12 years of leadership in the tourism industry, serving 5.5 million travelers. Operating internationally, their growing brand innovates by uncovering new destinations and enhancing existing ones, while collaborating with 10,000 tourist agencies through an efficient distribution system built on exclusive contracts and robust partner support.

They are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Area Manager to join the team in Romania. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tourism industry and be able to effectively build and maintain relationships with travel agencies. The Manager will also be able to promote our products and services to agencies and their clients.


Locations: 

  • Bucharest
  • Suceava + Jassy


Reports to: Regional Manager


Main duties: 
  • Qualitative and quantitative increase in the agent base of the tour operator in the territory.
  • Prompt and high-quality solution of current issues of agencies assigned to the manager.
  • Participation in the promotion of the Company's tourism products on the market.
  • Informational support of agencies in the region (current promotions; special offers, loyalty programs, consultations on working with the site and the online booking system, etc.).
  • Assistance in the organization and participation in other projects of the department in the region (seminars, exhibitions, road-shows, distribution of promotional products, etc.).

Requirements:
  • Experience in the field of tourism is a must;
  • Sociable and stress-resistant personality type;
  • Result Oriented;
  • Teamwork skills;
  • Knowledge of languages: Romanian, English;
  • Driver's license is a must
