In this role you will be responsible for:
Build and develop decent sales strategy adjusted to market trends
Build and develope sales channels for company business goals fulfillment;
Build and maintain long-term and win-win relations with agencies with focus on ones with the biggest market share;
Actively promote the product and personally help to close the largest deals;
Actively participate in flight program development by delivering the competitors’ plans, market trends and insights;
Create sales plan & provide sales performance according to the market budget;
Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly and seasonal sales reports to Management;
Capture problematic flight fulfilment/sales dynamic and prepare actions/tactics in advance
Analyse sales reports, make proper conclusions and implement activities
Coordinate between agents’ requests, operation and product team;
Provide direct communication with agencies via direct channels (Fb agency group, WhatsApp, newsletter);
