HRGO are Currently recruiting for Senior Production Operative for our client based in Ashford.

This is a permanent opportunity.

Hours:

Alternate Shift Pattern, 0600 - 1400 & 1400 - 2200

Mon - Fri

Pay:

£13.13ph

Summary of the role:

• Incorporate Supervisory Responsibilities
• Optimise Line efficiency whilst maintaining and improving standards.
• Responsible for minding machines in the absence of the Team Leader
• Liaise with the Engineering on preventative maintenance and breakdowns to minimise the down time of equipment
• Good working knowledge of the routine machine operations of the line equipment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must have a Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Experience in leading a team
• Analytical skills
• Computer Literate
