Your Mission

As a Recruitment Service Consultant, your mission is to exceed delivery expectations and service level agreements (SLAs) while strategically expanding client accounts. You'll ensure high fulfilment and satisfaction by managing daily client activities and providing exceptional service. With a proactive approach to problem-solving, you'll enhance relationships with both candidates and clients, identifying growth opportunities within each account. The ideal candidate will be approachable, resourceful, and meticulous, always striving to surpass expectations while upholding company standards. Key responsibilities include delivering tailored recruitment solutions and effective stakeholder communication. This dynamic, solutions-focused role requires a strong sense of accountability, a passion for helping others, and the ability to navigate challenges while prioritising the company's growth and nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

We'd like to hear from you if you embody the following:

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence clients at all levels. Have Experience / ability to deliver client-focused solutions to customer needs. Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities along with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to be reactive and develop the business further.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability's

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships
  • Interview and manage temporary workers daily
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key clients
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to clients
  • Attend review meetings
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging clients' requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Advertise and manage client requirements
