What You'll Be Doing:
As a Shift Engineer, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring the efficient and safe running of all on site machinery and equipment. From high-speed production lines to essential site facilities, you'll play a critical role in keeping things moving.
You'll be responsible for:
Reactive & Preventative Maintenance - Keeping equipment in top condition to avoid costly downtime.
Troubleshooting & Fault Finding - Working with PLCs, SCADA, Power & Control Circuits, Pneumatics, and Conveyor Systems.
Collaboration & Problem-Solving - Working closely with Shift Managers and Machine Operators to drive efficiency and improve performance.
Compliance & Safety - Ensuring best practices in health and safety while optimizing plant operations.
What they are looking for:
A qualified engineer with a minimum NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Diploma in Engineering.
