Package: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE + great benefits including company bonus
HRGO are recruiting for an experienced Shift Manager to join a fantastic plastics company based in Liverpool.
Duties:
Responsible for managing operations, including Health and safety, Product Safety, Product Quality, and Environmental procedures, and the production of products to the required customer specification.
Manage team members to meet the requirements of production output and increase operational efficiency.
Oversee the running of production and warehouse departments.
Develop team flexibility across all departments and identify any training needs.
Skills/ Experience (Desirable):
Previous experience of Production Management/Supervision.
Level 3 NVQ/SNVQ or equivalent.
IOSH Managing Safely/Working Safely.
Five years proven experience in a plastics manufacturing environment (or similar).
RTITB FLT License.
