HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Surveyor Estimator for our client based in the outskirts of Ashford.

This is Permanent Opportunity.

Hours:

Mon - Fri, 0800 - 1730

This position is:

Office, Hybrid & On the Road Working with the requirement for over night stays when needed.

Pay:

£43,000 - £46,000

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Attending Meetings with Potential Clients
• Surveying Sights
• Advising Clients of their needs & maintaining client relations
• Maintaining the ERCM System
• Create new leads and opportunities through research and maintaining relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate Labour and materials
• Assess Complaints / Faults and recommend resolution and repair as appropriate
• Ensure Company Health & Safety and Policies are met and maintained every time

The Ideal Candidate:

• Will have a Driving Licence
• Will have 3 years of Surveying Experience
• Strong Background in Estimating
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills
