Role Overview:
As the Technical Support Manager, you will serve as the technical backbone of our sales process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement: Analyze customer needs, showcase the value of our products, and ensure a seamless experience from initial contact to delivery.
- Technical Leadership: Conduct feasibility studies, propose optimal solutions, and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of our robotic solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales team to align solutions with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Mentorship: Train and guide new technical team members to foster a high-performing, knowledgeable team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 8 years in a technical support or pre-sales engineering role, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, fluency in Dutch and English, and a willingness to travel.
