Responsibilities:
Assist customers over the phone, and via email to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Learn about the features and benefits of products/services to effectively communicate to customers
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge sessions to enhance your sales skills and product expertise
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using the CRM system
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction
