Position: Warehouse Administrator

Location: Ellesmere Port

Hours: Monday - Thursday 08.30 - 17.00, Friday 08.30 - 15:00

Salary: Up to £27,000p/a

An excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator to join a well-established company based in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and good administration and be happy to work in a warehouse environment.

Duties:

Once orders have been booked, liaise with the Operations Director, before orders are placed into the build schedule.

Monitoring the spare parts inbox. Booking in and processing spare parts orders, including picking and wrapping or boxing of the spare parts.

This also includes booking the transportation, including any follow-up of the order with the customer.

Communication with the customer ahead of machine and parts orders being dispatched, including printing off relevant documentation to go with orders.

Monitor and forward incoming phone calls to the relevant departments as and when required.

Work closely with the Operations Director to compile OEM order schedules, including order placement, as and when required.

Providing information from our pricing guide to dealers.

Arrange booking requirements for any trade shows as required. This would involve liaising with the sales team and MD.

Inputting data onto the warranty claim database.

Arranging advertising and marketing requirements, including order placement.

General ad hoc sales and office requirements as and when required.
