HRGO are currently recruiting for a Welder, Fabricator & AssemblyOperative for our client based in Ashford.
This is a perm opportunity.
Our client is currently looking for someone who is an qualified and experienced operative who has the ability to Weld, Fabricate and Assemble their diverse product range to a given drawing and specification.
Hours:
Mon - Thurs, 0800 - 1700
Fri, 0800 - 1600
Pay:
£13.50ph + bonus incentive
£32,211 Annual (including bonus incentive)
Responsibilities:
Undertaking the Welding, Fabrication and Assembly process for steel components
Ensuring quality, consistency and integrity of the weld and fabrication process
Able to self-inspect and complete work to the Quality Standards the Business Adheres to.
Being Pro-active with your role, highlighting and recording any possible issues / problems / variances during the weld and fabrication process, as well as contributing any ideas and suggestions to the company
To assist with general housekeeping and general production operations as required.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous Welding & Fabricating Experience is essential
